Good neighbour

Are you interested in the human stories behind the airport, as well as fascinating facts? Then continue reading. Because this one's especially for you.

From January 1, 2025, Eindhoven Airport will introduce a new system for noise measurements and flight traffic reports. This system, provided by software supplier Casper, will replace the current reporting portal and noise monitoring network. The new system is more user-friendly and provides better insights into the reporting data. This meets a request from the community. Additionally, with this system, we can better inform you about flight traffic around the airport. More information about the changes in this new system can be found on the website of Samen op de Hoogte or in the Burenapp Eindhoven Airport.

The previous system, WebTrak, and the old reporting form will be discontinued. From January 1, you can use the new Casper Flighttracker or directly submit a report via the new Complain Portal. First, create an account once. You can find instructions on how to do this in our user manual below. Questions? Please contact RIC@eindhovenairport.nl.
