Do you have questions about your flight, check-in process, or baggage requirements? Please contact your airline. You can find all contact information here.

How long in advance should I be at the airport?

It can be busy at the airport during the holiday period. We currently advise you to be at the airport 2 hours in advance. The terminal is opened from 04.30am. This may depend on where you are going, so always check the website of your airline for the latest up-to-date advice. This will give you sufficient time to check in and go through security. It is often possible to check in online at home and hand in your baggage at a 'Drop Off' desk at the airport. This will save you time.

Does it make sense to be at the airport earlier than 3 hours before departure?

No, it is not necessary to be at the airport earlier than 3 hours before departure. It's not possible to drop off your luggage or go through the security process earlier than 2,5 hours before your departure. Please note: the terminal opens at 04.30am.
