Flight Information
Do you have questions about your flight, check-in process, or baggage requirements? Please contact your airline. You can find all contact information here.
It can be busy at the airport during the holiday period. We currently advise you to be at the airport 2 hours in advance. The terminal is opened from 04.30am. This may depend on where you are going, so always check the website of your airline for the latest up-to-date advice. This will give you sufficient time to check in and go through security. It is often possible to check in online at home and hand in your baggage at a 'Drop Off' desk at the airport. This will save you time.
No, it is not necessary to be at the airport earlier than 3 hours before departure. It's not possible to drop off your luggage or go through the security process earlier than 2,5 hours before your departure. Please note: the terminal opens at 04.30am.
It is possible to use Fast Track. Please note there are a limited number of tickets available per day. Book your Fast Track ticket here and fly through the security check at Eindhoven Airport.
Baggage
You can drop off your baggage at the check-in or at Drop & Go in the terminal of Eindhoven Airport. Both desks opens 3 hours prior to departure.
There is a drop-off desk available for Transavia, Ryanair and Wizz Air at Eindhoven Airport.

Lost items (not baggage) found at Eindhoven Airport will be placed on our website within 24 hours. You can find and retrieve your items easily on our website via iLost.
At the moment it may take a longer time until you can collect your baggage. Unfortunately, Eindhoven Airport is experiencing the consequences of a tight labour market and COVID-19. The handling of the baggage may therefore take more time than you are used to. Our colleagues are working very hard to ensure a smooth baggage process. We thank you for understanding.
On the airport
Eindhoven Airport is a smoke free terminal. This means that it is not permitted to smoke or vape in the terminal, on the terraces, the apron and in the parking garages and busterminal. Smoking is only permitted at the forecourt in front of the terminal. This means that smoking is not possible once you have passed the security check. The same policy applies for vaping.

Eindhoven Airport offers assistance to passengers with special needs or with reduced mobility. A request for assistance must be made at least 48 hours before departure or arrival. Please inform your travel agent or airline of your needs. Find more information here.
Parking
If you have lost your parking ticket, you can choose for the button 'kenteken invoeren' on each payment machine for further assistence.

No, all parking facilities are within walking distance from the terminal (max. 10 minutes).
Yes, you can easily reserve a parking spot online and pay securely right away. This ensures you have a guaranteed parking space, saves you money, and eliminates the hassle of keeping track of tickets. You can reserve at one of our official parking locations: P1, P3, P4, or P5. Go to our webshop to book your parking spot.
Here's how it works:
Select the start and end date for your desired parking period;
Choose the parking location. You can select from P1 Gold, P3 Silver, P4 Bronze+, or P5 Bronze. The reservation module provides details on each location;
Enter your details;
Then proceed with payment, which can be done via iDEAL or Credit Card;
You will receive a booking confirmation by email. Your access code will be in your booking overview.
Tip: If you enter your license plate number during the reservation process, you'll be able to enter and exit easily with license plate recognition. Please note: P3, P4, and P5 are only accessible with a reservation. Click here for more information or to reserve.
Change my booking It is possible to change your booking up to 12:00 on the day before the commencement date of your booking. Click on the 'Manage my booking' link at the bottom of the booking confirmation. Log in with your booking reference and email address. You will now enter the 'Manage booking' environment. Here you can change the date and license plate. No costs will be charged.
Cancel my booking It is possible to cancel your booking when your booking starts tomorrow before 12.00h midday. You can do this yourself via the "manage my booking" in your confirmation email. You will receive a full refund.
When you have booked a cancellation option you can cancel your booking until the very last moment of your arrival date. You can do so via "manage my booking".
Please note: when you have made a booking through Ryanair, different conditions apply.
Our parking lots P1, P3 and P4 have a maximum height. P4 has a maximum height of 2.10 meters. The P3 car park has a maximum height of 2.00 metres. P1 has a maximum height of 2 meters. The Kiss & Ride floor on P1 has a maximum height of 2.40 meter. Pay close attention to the signs at P1. There is no maximum height for the other parking lots.
When you arrive at the parking lot for which you have reserved, follow the following steps:
When entering, the card reader at the barrier “reads” your license plate. The barrier opens within seconds. If the barrier does not open, enter the 6-digit access code in the top right corner of the booking confirmation. Always make sure that you have the reservation confirmation at hand.
If you did not specify your license plate number when booking, use the 6-digit access code. This can be found in the top right corner of the booking confirmation. Enter the 6-digit access code on the column at the barrier. Press 'OK'. The barrier opens within a few seconds. If the barrier does not open, request assistance via the information button on the intercom. Make sure you have the reservation confirmation to hand.
When your return, follow the next steps:
You do not have to go to the payment terminal when you return. You have already paid online. You can drive out immediately based on your license plate. If this does not work, enter the 6-digit access code on the column at the barrier and press 'OK'.
If you entered with the access code, it is also possible to use your access code when exiting. The barrier opens within seconds.
If you are on the site for longer than the reserved period, you must pay for the extra time at the payment terminal before exiting. This can be done by entering your license plate number on the payment terminal.
Eindhoven Airport N.V. (EANV) collects personal information that customers enter in the flight booking form, on your personal account page, information about your online behaviour, and transactions that go through the EANV website. EANV has exclusivity in the use of the above personal data. As such, the legal requirements as laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act are observed by EANV. All customer data is stored in a customer database and is used for processing the order or booking, including customer service. EANV also uses the data to analyse the click and surfing behaviour of its customers, as well as the transactions, to build customer profiles. These profiles are used by EANV to establish a comprehensive range of products and services on this website and to provide all customers with personalised offers and information from EANV's total range of products and services. If a customer objects to EANV collecting and analysing his or her data for the purpose of providing personalised offers, he or she may use the opt-out option in the newsletter. In case the customer wishes to have his or her data deleted from the customer database, the customer can send an e-mail to privacy@eindhovenairport.nl. EANV never shares the personal data of customers with other persons or bodies outside Eindhoven Airport without the consent of the customers concerned. EANV places high priority on the quality of its customer database. Personal data is regularly checked for accuracy and old data that is no longer relevant is regularly deleted. Customer can correct their personal information themselves on the personal data page. In case of questions or complaints, customers are requested to send an e-mail to privacy@eindhovenairport.nl. EANV will provide an overview of the customer information that is available on the customer database upon the customer's request.
The licence plate information is stored in our parking management system until the vehicle exits that parking lot. With reservations by licence plate, the licence plate information is used for processing the reservation, registering the vehicle and possibly for post-reservation service. The data is not shared with parties other than Eindhoven Airport Parking, unless EANV is obliged to do so by law. There is no link to the Netherlands vehicle registration authority (RDW). Your licence plate information will not be shared with the tax authorities or checked by the Netherlands vehicle registration authority (RDW), unless Eindhoven Airport is obliged by law to provide the information.
It’s not an issue if your parking time is slightly exceeded. There is a buffer time of 2 hours before and after your reserved period.
If you park longer than your reserved time, an overstay fee per calendar day will apply. The overstay fees differ per parking area:
P5: €15 per calendar day
P4: €20 per calendar day
P3: €25 per calendar day
P1: €45 per calendar day
You can pay these costs at any payment machine by entering your license plate on the screen.
If you park for a shorter time than reserved, you are not entitled to a refund. In exceptional cases, you may submit a goodwill request via parkeren@eindhovenairport.nl.
When making the online reservation, check the data section that you want to receive an invoice. The invoice is then immediately attached to the booking confirmation that you will receive in your email.
Parking spots for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility can be booked online. For long-term parking, you can use P1, P3, and P4. You can easily book your parking space through the reservation module and pay securely online. All the above-mentioned parking facilities have disabled parking spaces and an assistance point. However, disabled parking spaces cannot be reserved separately.
No, it is not possible to reserve a parking space for electric charging. But do not worry! There are more then enough parking spaces for electric charging. Note: only possible at parking P1.
It can take 15 minuts to recieve the reservation conformation in your mail. When you did not recieved your booking confirmation after 15 minutes, please check your spambox. Still nothing recieved? Please contact our customer service via parkeren@eindhovenairport.nl.
The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to your reservation, because it concerns services relating to the provision of parking facilities, to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period. Under certain conditions, you can cancel your booking. Please refer to the general terms and conditions of our parking facilities.
It is not possible to pay in cash at our car parks. You can pay by debit or credit card.

Public transport
The airport shuttlebus 401 or the regular bus 400 will take you from Eindhoven Station to the busterminal next to Eindhoven Airport. The bus trip will take approximately 20 minutes. You take the bus at the northside of the trainstation in Eindhoven. You can depart the bus directly next to the terminal of Eindhoven Airport. Check the actual bus departure times prior to your journey.
We advise you to take one train earlier in order to prevent arriving late at the airport due to delays in public transport. Keep in mind to arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight.
The shuttlebus can be found at the northside of Eindhoven Station. The shuttlebus will take you to the busterminal of Eindhoven Airport, directly next to the terminal.
Check the actual information of the public transport. Try to find alternative means of transportation or contact the NS (for train) or Hermes (for bus). Eindhoven Airport is not responsible for the consequences of any delays in public transport.
Tickets
When booking your flight ticket, you must submit your first or given name as stated in your passport. If you book your ticket using your initials or a deviating name, some airline companies will charge administration costs. For further information about the costs of a change fee, please contact the airline.
Yes, this is possible for Ryanair, Wizzair and Transavia flights. You can buy these tickets at the service desk at the airport.
Yes, this is possible at the Viggo service desk for the aforementioned airline companies. The desk is open daily from 8:00h to 18:00h.
Other
Airports are not for drones. Stay away from the airspace around airports. A collision is extremely dangerous.
Several things will change after December 31st, 2020 when travelling from and to the United Kingdom. Please take extra time into account as border and passport controls may become more extensive. Find more information on our website.
