Arrecife
Thanks to its favourable position off the western coast of Africa, the temperature here hardly ever drops below twenty degrees Celsius. In fact, the island of Lanzarote is considered to have one of the most pleasant average temperatures in Europe!
Gran Canaria
The other island of the Canary archipelago that is perfect as a winter sun destination is Gran Canaria! With only a small chance of rain and sunshine in abundance, winter here feels like spring.
Malaga
The largest city on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain has a warm Mediterranean climate. While it can get uncomfortably hot during summer, the temperature during winter is generally mild and pleasant with an average of 17 degrees.
Alicante
