For a bite to eat and a drink, Yerevan is an excellent choice. In addition to traditional dishes, you’ll find influences from the Armenian cuisine as well as international kitchens. Be sure to try local specialties such as khorovats and regional wines. Like many other cities, Yerevan also has lively markets, such as the GUM Market, where you can buy not only fruits and vegetables but also local delicacies, dried fruits, and typical Armenian products.
