Receive your Aviation Identity Pass

Everyone who works on the premises of Eindhoven Airport must have an Airport Identity Pass. To obtain a pass or renew your pass, different procedures apply for the employer and for staff members. Read more about this in the documents at the bottom of this page.

To make sure you bring the right documents to your appointment, we kindly request to tick the boxes stating that you have a valid passport or ID with you, a fully completed application form for the Eindhoven Airport Identity Pass, and a valid declaration of no objection. A drivers licenses is not a valid identification. The appointment will have to be cancelled or postponed if you don't have these documents with you.

Before coming to the appointment, read through the Safety & Security Handbook to prepare for the Security Awareness Test. You need to pass this test (if you work in the secure areas). The manual is available for you to read on the security page.

Be aware

It is compulsory to bring a valid passport or identity card with you to the Badge Centre appointment. A drivers licenses is not a valid identification. In addition, you must bring a fully completed and signed application form and a valid original declaration of no objection. It is also mandatory to go through the "Security Awareness Training for Airport Identity Card"

The Badge Center works by appointment only. Made appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Administrative costs will be charged for appointments that are canceled later and/or are not fulfilled (no-show rate). The 'no-show' rate will also be charged if the required and/or correctly completed documents cannot be presented during the appointment, as a result of which an airport ID card cannot be issued.

Please note! You are not allowed to schedule multiple appointments in the Badge Centre online calendar.
