Before booking a time slot, it is important to know the following: - Your time slot only applies to security. Be at the airport in time to check in your luggage. - Your time slot is valid 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after your chosen time slot. - Bookable from 3 days before departure.

What is the difference between Fast Track and a Security Time Slot?

When reserving a Security Time Slot, you reserve a 15-minute time slot for free. You can make use of skipping part of the queue at security within this time slot. With Fast Track, you buy access to the security check queue. There is no time limit attached. You decide when you go through security.

How far in advance can I reserve a time slot?

It is possible to book a time slot three days before your day of departure via our website.

What happens if I am too early or too late for my time slot?

You choose a 15-minute time slot. Your time slot is valid 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after your chosen time slot.

What if I do miss my flight?

Should you miss your flight, Eindhoven Airport is not liable for this. For more information please refer to the general terms and conditions.

I haven't received confirmation of my time slot. Was the reservation successful?

If you saw a QR code on the screen during the reservation process, the reservation was successful. Check the spam folder in your inbox – the confirmation email may be in there. If you didn't receive an email right after making the reservation, take a photo of the QR code on the screen.
