Which personal data do we process?

When you submit a request for a preparatory tour, we process the following personal data:

• Name

• Travel date and flight number

• Optional: reason for request

Why do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data in order to contact you, to assess whether you are eligible for a preparatory tour, and to organise the tour in practical terms. You are not obliged to inform us of the reason for your request. We ask for this information in order to tailor the tour as closely as possible to your situation. The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to organise and properly carry out the preparatory tour.

How long do we retain your details?

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for organising and completing the preparatory tour. After the tour has taken place, your personal data will be deleted within a maximum of 7 days.

Who do we share your data with?

We do not share your personal data with third parties. Your data is used exclusively by employees of Eindhoven Airport who are involved in the organisation and execution of the tour.
