• Email address

• Telephone number

• Any specific information for the purposes of the research/study

Why do we process your personal data? We process your first and last name, email address, and telephone number in order to contact you personally and to share further information about the study with you. Specific information for the purposes of the study (including, but not limited to, your age, gender, and nationality) may be used for the selection of participants and to determine the composition of the group of participants for the study. We do not use your data for any other purposes.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to marketing@eindhovenairport.nl.

How long do we retain your details? The personal data of selected participants will be retained for a maximum of two weeks after the date of the study. If you are not selected as a participant, we will delete your data within two weeks of receipt.

Who do we share your data with? The results of specific studies are processed in reports. We do not retain any data that can be traced back to an individual. We do not share your data with third parties.
