PRM awareness training
This e-learning course is about assisting passengers with reduced mobility (PRM). All employees at Eindhoven Airport who come into contact with PRM passengers should finish this training.

Select the training: Persons with Reduced Mobility (available in Dutch or English)
Complete the training
Take the test questions by selecting “Start Test”
After completion, the certificate will appear in your learning profile, and you can print the certificate
Share the certificate with your supervisor so it can be registered
Objective After completing the e-learning, you will:
Know the relevant regulations
Be able to identify someone with reduced mobility
Understand how to meet the needs of a passenger with reduced mobility
Background Eindhoven Airport is responsible for ensuring equal treatment and awareness regarding mobility limitations among all employees who come into contact with PRM passengers (Passengers with Reduced Mobility). This obligation stems from applicable regulations and is essential to ensure that all PRM passengers receive appropriate support during their journey.
Training The training is offered through an e-learning module of approximately 45 minutes. After completing the module, you are required to take a test. This test helps you assess your knowledge and confirm that you have understood the content. Certificate Upon successful completion (80%), you will receive a certificate. This certificate must be available for inspection upon request by Eindhoven Airport or the supervisory authority ILT. The training must be repeated every two years.
