Partnership with PSV extended until 2029

PSV and Eindhoven Airport are continuing their successful partnership. The airport has extended its agreement through June 2029, ensuring it remains the "Official Airport of PSV" for the coming years. Eindhoven Airport has been a key partner to PSV for many years. It serves as the departure and arrival point for the first team’s European travels and plays a vital role in connecting PSV with the regional business community and the Brainport region.

With this contract extension, Eindhoven Airport will remain the trusted hub for PSV’s travel needs, including during the temporary terminal renovation scheduled to take place between February and July 2027.

Connection to the Brainport region Commercial Director Frans Janssen is pleased with the extension of the partnership. "Both PSV and Eindhoven Airport have their roots in Philips. It is all the more meaningful that, all these years later, we continue to support one another. The airport is not only important to PSV; it connects the entire region to Europe. The fact that Eindhoven Airport will continue as the 'Official Airport of PSV' for the coming years is a wonderful testament to the strong relationship we have built together."

"Extending our partnership as the 'Official Airport of PSV' is a logical step. Through PSV, we are also linked to the largest business network in the southern Netherlands, which strengthens our position as the airport for the Brainport region," says Roel Hellemons, CEO of Eindhoven Airport. "Good international accessibility is essential for both PSV and Brainport. We are intentionally looking beyond a single season: the terminal expansion marks the beginning of an exciting new phase, allowing us to connect PSV to Europe even more effectively."

With this extension until mid-2029, PSV and Eindhoven Airport underscore their shared ambition to further promote the strength of the Brainport region, both nationally and internationally.
