Extra assistance with the sunflower lanyard

Some travellers need a bit of extra help going through the airport lines, while their disability might not be noticeable. A discreet way of letting the staff and other people know someone could use some more explanation or, for example, more time, there is a sunflower lanyard that the person can wear around his or her neck. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme has been adopted by many airports and meeting places around the world. At Eindhoven Airport, too, anyone wearing the lanyard can count on extra assistance.
