Which personal data do we process? Visitors of Eindhoven Airport have free or paid access to a WiFi network, after explicitly agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you use Eindhoven Airport’s WiFi network, we will only save the unique reference of the device you are using to connect (the MAC address). Your name, e-mail address and payment details (such as Paypal username) are also processed to activate paid WiFi.

The data requested for paid WiFi is processed to fulfil the agreement between you and the internet provider.

How long do we retain your details? If you make use of the free WiFi network, your data are immediately deleted after the session is ended. If you make use of the paid WiFi network, your data are stored for the period of validity of the purchased Internet period (for example, 24 hours).

Who do we share your data with? We only share your data with the internet provider.

Who is the controller? Eindhoven Airport N.V. The internet provider is the controller in its own right for the data processed for the internet service it offers.
