Which (personal) data do we process?  We process the following personal data in order to provide the Security Timeslot service:  

• E-mail address; 

• Number of passengers; 

• Flight information for a booking, including flight destination, flight number, airline code (IATA), scheduled departure time; 

• Date and time of the reserved time slot; 

• Date and time the reservation was placed; 

• Status of booking; 

• QR code; 

• Time and location of QR scan at airport; 

• QR code status (scanned or not). 

• Selected language (Dutch or English via set browser language, JavaScript) 

• Data automatically collected for technical reasons when you visit the booking website. This includes usage data such as the type and version of your browser, your operating system, the website from which you access the booking website, the date and time of your access to the website, your IP address, your internet service provider and other similar data. 

Why do we process your (personal) data?  We process your personal data so that you can use the Security Timeslot service. With this service, you can reserve a time slot for an extra queue for the security control, allowing you to avoid longer waiting times in the regular queues.

On what basis do we process your data?  We process your personal data on the basis of the agreement you enter into with us to book a time slot.   Finally, we use the data automatically collected for technical reasons when you visit the booking website to improve the website and provide you with the best possible visitor experience. We do this on the basis of Eindhoven Airport's legitimate interests.

How long do we keep your data?  We do not save your personal data for longer than 24 hours after the end of the reserved time slot. 

With whom do we share your data?   Via Guide GmbH  Via Guide GmbH ("Via Guide") provides the online booking platform on which you can reserve a time slot for the security check queues. Via Guide processes your personal data on behalf of Eindhoven Airport. Eindhoven Airport has entered into a processing agreement with Via Guide.  

Service providers  For certain technical data processing, Via Guide is assisted by service providers who have access to your personal data. These service providers are carefully selected. They are subject to confidentiality and only process personal data on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of Via Guide. Via Guide has contractually prohibited these service providers from using or disclosing your personal data other than to perform the Security Timeslot service or to comply with legal requirements. These service providers are obliged to appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of your personal data. Via Guide has concluded a processor agreement with these service providers.
