How long do we retain your details? We delete or anonymize the personal data that are included in the incident report two years after the report has been processed. We delete or anonymize the reporter’s contact details one year after handling the report.

In the context of the investigation into the report, we may pass on the personal data contained in the report to third parties involved in the incident, such as the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee and airlines.
