Privacy statement - Reporting unsafe situations

Which personal or other data do we process? You can report unsafe situations at Eindhoven Airport via the Eindhoven Airport website. In this context, Eindhoven Airport processes the personal data that are included in the incident report. In addition, Eindhoven Airport processes the reporter’s contact details, if the reporter has entered these in order to be kept informed of the report.

Why do we process your personal data? Eindhoven Airport will use the data shared by you to investigate and handle the report and, if applicable, to keep the reporter informed. Eindhoven Airport has a legal obligation to facilitate, investigate and handle reports of unsafe situations at Eindhoven Airport.

How long do we retain your details? We delete or anonymize the personal data that are included in the incident report two years after the report has been processed. We delete or anonymize the reporter’s contact details one year after handling the report.

Who do we share your data with? In the context of the investigation into the report, we may pass on the personal data contained in the report to third parties involved in the incident, such as the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee and airlines. We do not share the reporter’s personal data with other parties.
