Which personal or other data do we process? When using the Eindhoven Airport BurenApp, it is possible to share you experience with the aircraft noise in your area with us. We ask you to enter your zip code, so that we can better understand how aircraft noise in different postcode areas in the vicinity of Eindhoven Airport is experienced. Your zip code and feedback cannot be traced back to you as an individual. You are not obliged to provide us with your zip code. You can also pass on your feedback to us without sharing your zip code.

In addition, your device ID is shared with us when using the Eindhoven Airport BurenApp. That is an unique reference of your phone, laptop or other device with which you use the Eindhoven Airport BurenApp. We do not store your device ID.

Why do we process your data? We process your zip code to segment the feedback received by zip code areas, so that we better understand how nuisance caused by aircraft noise is experienced in different parts in the vicinity of the airport area.

How long do we retain your details? Your zip code will be deleted no later than six months after you have entered it via the Eindhoven Airport BurenApp.

Who do we share your data with? Your data will be shared with the app developer/supplier of the Eindhoven Airport BurenApp. We have concluded a data processing agreement with this party to protect your data.
