Did you leave something in the aircraft or at the airport? You can easily search for your lost property on the website of iLost. Let us know through the app or website when you have found your lost property. When it is a match, you can inform us whether you are going to pick up your lost property at Eindhoven Airport or if you want us to deliver it to you at home.

Collecting your flight tickets?
Sometimes a travel organisation will have your ticket ready for you at Eindhoven Airport because of a last-minute booking or a ticket change. These tickets can be collected from the service desks of the tour operators in the terminal.
At service desk of Travelservice you can collect your travel documents, you can also book a city trips or add tours to your reservation here. You can also visit the service desk of Travelservice for hotel reservations, car rental or a travel insurance and travel cancellation insurance
TUI Service Desk
At the TUI service desk, you can book travel and collect your travel documents. They open 2 hours before flight departures.
Viggo Handling has a service desk directly beside the information desk at the airport. Tour operators and travel agents, as well as passengers, can contact this desk for various services such as: Issue / collection of tickets, Ticketing / various tour operators activities, Payment of fees for excess-baggage, Name changes etc.
At flight departure times (from 3 hours prior to departure to half an hour after departure), this desk also functions as a service desk for the charter companies and scheduled services companies. For these flights only, the desk handles matters such as: Retrieving a booking number, Payment of fees for excess-baggage, Name changes, Ticket sales, Flight changes, Rebooking a cancelled flight etc.
